Circolo Italiano is delighted to present the second annual Venerdi’ Grasso, a Carnival Dinner-Dance at the lovely La Cumbre Country Club.

Once again, we are happy to share with you this huge Italian tradition that touches  all people and all places in Italy, from the world-famous Carnival of Venice to the carnival celebrations of large and small provincial cities and towns.  It is a time for all Italians to rejoice before the arrival of Lent and to look forward to Easter and Spring. 

We are offering you a great celebration.  Good food, good Italian music and dancing in a lovely venue surrounded by friends.  

Here are the details of the event:  

Dinner Menu.  La Cumbre’s Chef is preparing a yummy Tuscan Buffet Dinner especially for us;  
The wines.  We will start with a glass of bubbling Italian Prosecco, as an aperitif,  followed by Chianti to be served with dinner. 
Dessert and coffee will conclude the dinner.

Music and Dancing.  To keep the costs down and pass the savings on to you, this year we are going to have Italian streamed music played throughout the evening and, after the dessert, for dancing.
